ANIMAL PORTRAITS PLATES AND PLAQUES

Come and experiment with transfer techniques and mono printing to create a beautiful hanging plaque or plate of a special pet or animal. 

We’ll supply all the materials and equipment for you to make either a plate or a plaque, which we’ll glaze and fire for you to collect.

You’ll spend the session experimenting with transfer and printing techniques, and then make either a plate or a tile/plaque with a gorgeous image of your chosen animal.

What you’ll need

You’ll need to bring at least one image of your animal, printed out onto ordinary photocopy paper, appropriately A5 size (15cm x 21cm) that will be suitable to simplify. 

You might also want to bring some fine paint brushes if you have some favourite ones, but don’t worry if you don’t have any, we’ll be supplying these too.
