Time to supersize it!

This session is for throwers who have some prior experience and want to improve their skills and start to throw a bit larger.

During this workshop you will start to work with larger weights of clay and practice forming shapes with intention. You’ll also be throwing sectional pots and starting to join them together.

The workshop includes demonstrations of techniques, plus one-to-one tuition from Bridget and Katie. The day covers clay choice and preparation, centring and pulling up techniques, and approaches to joining thrown and/or coiled sections.

The price includes lunch, and biscuit firing up to three medium/large pots.
